The use of light to moderate weights, Body pump gives you a whole body workout. Instructors will coach you through motivational routines with great music. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. If you are new to Body Pump you must arrive at least 10/15 minutes before your class or attend the BODY PUMP INTRODUCTION CLASS so you will be shown the correct stance and how to hold weights. The cleaning of the equipment will be within the class time.
